Two night minimum required on weekends in May, September, October and Special Event weekends.

Children and guest pets by exception only.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM or after. Check-out time: 11:00 AM or before.

Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel your reservations, try to do it as far in advance as possible. If canceled rooms cannot be reserved again; you'll be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.

Restrictions: No Smoking is permitted inside the buildings. Smoking inside will result in a charge.

Breakfast: A hearty country breakfast is served every day.

Rates: $80-$120 plus 5% state sales tax

KettleBrook can also accommodate guests' horses
